Colleen L. Byers (she/her) is passionate about breaking down the barriers that keep us disconnected from ourselves and each other. As an experienced litigation attorney who also holds an MBA and certifications in executive coaching and yoga teaching, Colleen pulls the best tools from each of these disciplines and weaves them into what she likes to call “a beautiful braid.”

As an equity partner with a regional North Carolina law firm, Colleen led the electronic discovery team, chaired the technology committee, and served on the personnel and DE&I committees. Through her work representing clients throughout North Carolina, she saw, first-hand, the negative impact that workplace and interpersonal conflict have not only on productivity and profitability but also on relationships and culture. As a result, Colleen now focuses on facilitating difficult conversations and shepherding innovation through mediation, executive leadership coaching, and professional development training. Colleen helps leaders communicate powerfully and effectively, enhance culture, and influence optimal outcomes.
