There are a few things you need to do in order to receive CLE credit.
We ask that all participants who attended by phone complete our Phone Attendance Verification Form, and all participants who attended by computer complete our Computer Attendee Form. In order to guarantee you get CLE credit, we require that you fill out the form that corresponds to your method of attendance.

After you have completed the Computer Attendee Form or Phone Attendee Form, you are qualified to receive CLE credit.
You will receive an email from us containing your Certificate of Attendance within the next 30 days. If further steps are necessary to report your attendance to your state board, then we will provide direction in our email.

Gary R. Poole, Attorney at Law
For almost 40 years, Gary R. Poole has been a top trial attorney and thought leader in law practice management. He owns the Law Office of Gary Poole in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he represents individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents. Over the years, about 60 percent of Gary‘s clients have been in motorcycle accidents. Since 1991 Gary has worked with his paralegal Kristin Swofford, and in 1996 she helped him establish his solo practice. Gary helped launch a pioneering Lawyer Mentoring Program to guide new admittees in Orange County NC on issues of legal ethics, client relations, marketing and law office management. Gary graduated from the University of Chapel Hill-NC Law School in 1985 and is licensed in North Carolina.

Ernest (Jay) Reeves Jr. has worked in the legal profession for more than 40 years, including 35 years of private practice in North Carolina and South Carolina (where he represented lawyers in licensing, ethics and bar disciplinary matters). He has also been Legal Editor at Lawyers Weekly and Vice President of Risk Management at Lawyers Mutual of NC.
