He is also a member of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel, an independent federal advisory committee improving taxpayer experience at the IRS. He holds a J.D. cum laude from New England Law | Boston, and an M.A. in Theology cum laude from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
