Alta Pro applies directly for approval of its webinars in the following states:
- CO, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI (Michigan Indigent Defense Commission credit), MN, NC, SC, OH, PA, TN, TX and WI
In most cases, because our webinars are approved in the 15 CLE states listed above, attorneys licensed in other U.S. states can also receive credit for attending.
Some states—known as reciprocal states—accept approval from any of these states as if the program were approved locally (e.g., AZ, CA, CT, FL, NJ, NY, among others). Other states require attorneys to submit an application for credit. While we do not apply in every state, our CLE coordinator will assist attendees with the application process.
