Why This CLE Matters for Your Practice

Without a deliberate negotiation strategy, lawyers may overlook interests, misread resistance, lose persuasive momentum, or allow difficult dynamics to push discussions toward impasse.
Strong outcomes often depend on what happens before and during the conversation: thoughtful preparation, an understanding of human behavior, and the ability to respond constructively when tension rises.
Without a clear preparation process, negotiators may focus too narrowly on stated positions, overlook important interests, misjudge their alternatives, or make concessions without a deliberate plan.
This session will help you define your objectives, assess interests and alternatives, identify leverage, anticipate obstacles, and enter negotiations with a practical strategy tailored to the matter at hand.

  1. i never saw the second thing i was supposed to answer and i have no idea what is meant by the insuror question

    1. Thanks for your feedback. The second poll question was included in the webinar, although we understand that it may not have appeared for everyone depending on their Zoom Webinar experience or settings. We’ll keep an eye on this going forward.

As for the insurer question, we’re referring to your LPL insurance agent—the person or agency you work with for your professional liability insurance. We include that question as part of our post-webinar information gathering. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope you found the webinar helpful.
