In most cases, because our webinars are approved in the 15 CLE states listed above, attorneys licensed in other U.S. states can also receive credit for attending.
Some states—known as reciprocal states—accept approval from any of these states as if the program were approved locally (e.g., AZ, CA, CT, FL, NJ, NY, among others). Other states require attorneys to submit an application for credit. While we do not apply in every state, our CLE coordinator will assist attendees with the application process.
All webinars are presented live via Zoom and are complimentary.Â

Very effective, and informative. Both speakers were very experienced and engaging.
i never saw the second thing i was supposed to answer and i have no idea what is meant by the insuror question
Thanks for your feedback. The second poll question was included in the webinar, although we understand that it may not have appeared for everyone depending on their Zoom Webinar experience or settings. We’ll keep an eye on this going forward.
As for the insurer question, we’re referring to your LPL insurance agent—the person or agency you work with for your professional liability insurance. We include that question as part of our post-webinar information gathering. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope you found the webinar helpful.
I liked the presentation and nice way to present information.
